HI guys, so just coming back to this forum since I see that there are still people like me, who loves MusicMatch Jukebox and think its the best. I have MM JB running on two computers which are both WINDOWS 8.1. I had read one of the comments before (here as well) that they installed MMJB version 7.5 and then MMJB version 10 and IT DID REALLY WORKED. I reverted back to version 1511 and have altered several lines in the registry to prevent windows from upgrading and jukebox works flawlessly. When windows upgraded automatically to next version, musicmatch stopped working. I am running the release version of windows 1511.
Just don't be lazy and start asking for the the links. I have musicmatch jukebox running on my pc alongside windows 10 pro 64 bit. I now have windows 10 on a new laptop, and this procedure is no longer working. I am trying to back up to a CD but it does not even show any CD-R disks. I am trying to create a back up and it does not allow me to do that, it creates a blank file, just as if I was making a new file. Now I have problems with the program and do not understand why, it was perfect after I got it. I then wanted to make a backup and download the older version for my old windows xp and vista.
I liked it so much and had no problems using it. I find that the best alternative to Mp3 Jukebox is musicmatch jukebox has all the same features plus it is a very easy program to use.
Once again, I am downloading it again, hoping to find a solution. It has an incredible interface, but it doesn't work well enough. It is a MIDI (musical instrument digital interface) sequencer that's being released by Yahoo! Music, that is supposed to connect to Y! Music with the use of a Yahoo! account. Musicmatch is the most unprofessional program I have ever used. I do not care for ripping as I have found an excellent program called Audigrabber for ripping that pretty well has all the same features as Musicmatch, but it is not a burner. Also if anyone has the Musicmatch 7.5 original skins I'd settle for that since 7.5 recognizes my virtual cd drive. If anyone has a fix for this if they could e-mail me my email is. I'm able to run Musicmatch Jukebox 10 on my Windows 8.1 64 bit laptop but it doesn't recognize either the CD drive or the virtual CD drive. I'm trying to find a way to get Musicmatch Jukebox 10 to recognize my CD drive so I can rip music.
